About the role

Who we are

At Namaa, we build and operate tech-enabled urban infrastructure that gives consumers fast, reliable access to meals, groceries, and everyday essentials.

Traditional retail models, built around brick-and-mortar locations, often struggle to compete in today’s digital-first landscape. Challenges such as cost efficiency per square foot, logistics-optimized locations, and seamless technology integration have made it clear that a new approach is needed.

We believe the future of foodservice and commerce lies in purpose-built infrastructure designed for speed, accuracy, and scalability. That’s why Namaa was established—to power the next generation of digital food and quick commerce ecosystems across the Middle East.

Our ecosystem is driven by a portfolio of specialized business units, including KitchenPark, CloudRetail, and Profood Properties, each playing a key role in enabling brands to grow and thrive in an increasingly on-demand world.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, guides, handbooks, process documentation, and other learning resources for teams across Namaa.
  • Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of training sessions, both in person and virtually, ensuring a smooth and engaging learning experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to understand training needs and create content that supports team objectives and business processes.
  • Help translate complex information, policies, and processes into clear, practical, and easy-to-understand training materials.
  • Support employee onboarding by preparing learning resources and assisting with training initiatives for new joiners.
  • Keep training content accurate, relevant, and up to date as processes and business needs evolve.
  • Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to evaluate training effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning resources, training processes, and employee development initiatives across Namaa.

What we’re looking for

  • 2–3 years of experience in training, learning and development, employee enablement, instructional design, or a similar role.
  • Experience developing training materials, presentations, guides, or other learning content.
  • Strong communication in both English and Arabic and presentation skills, with the ability to make information clear and accessible to different audiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different departments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word, and comfort using digital tools to create and deliver learning materials.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach with a genuine interest in helping people learn and perform at their best.

Why join us

  • Demand for online food delivery is growing really fast! In the last 5 years, just in the US, the overall market has expanded 10X from $10B to $100B, and could expand to $500bn- $1T by 2030.
  • Changing the restaurant industry: You’ll be part of a team that helps restaurants succeed in online food delivery.
  • Collaborative environment: You will receive support and guidance from experienced colleagues and managers, helping you to learn, grow and achieve your goals, and you’ll work closely with other teams to ensure our customer’s success.

What else you need to know

This role is based in our Amman office location. As a company driven by innovation and continuous change, close collaboration is essential. We’re constantly reimagining our industry, creating new products, and refining our processes, and we do our best work together. That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.

Ready to join us as we serve those who serve others?
