Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems for Trading Risk, including risk monitoring, alerting, data services, and risk platform capabilities.
- Build and optimize real-time data processing pipelines, with a strong focus on system reliability, performance, observability, and data consistency.
- Independently own projects from technical design and development through integration, rollout, and production troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with Risk, Data Platform, and other engineering teams to deliver cross-functional projects.
- Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, and continuous improvements in engineering quality and development efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong backend engineering fundamentals and a solid understanding of distributed systems.
- Proficiency in Go, or strong experience in C++ / Java with willingness to work primarily in Go.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka, databases, caching, concurrency, and data consistency.
- Strong problem-solving, system design, project ownership, and production troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with real-time data processing or data infrastructure, such as CDC / Binlog, Flink, Doris, or ClickHouse.
- Experience designing and building large-scale, high-throughput, or low-latency systems.
- Experience in Trading, Risk, Asset, Market Data, Clearing / Settlement, or related financial systems.
