About the Role
We are looking for a Lead AI Scientist to drive the development and application of AI solutions
that solve complex business problems and create meaningful impact.
As a senior technical leader, you will shape the direction of AI initiatives, including machine
learning and Generative AI applications, guide technical decision-making, and help translate
emerging AI capabilities into scalable, production-ready solutions. You will work across a
diverse range of challenges, influence technical strategy, and help raise the overall
effectiveness of the organization through technical leadership, hands-on execution, and the
development of scalable AI capabilities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining deep technical expertise with broad
organizational influence and is excited about applying modern AI to real-world problems at
scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions from concept through production.
- Provide technical leadership across multiple initiatives, guiding architecture, experimentation, implementation, and operationalization.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver impactful AI-driven outcomes.
- Drive technical excellence through strong engineering, experimentation, evaluation, and deployment practices.
- Review and influence key technical decisions, balancing innovation, scalability, and business impact.
- Identify emerging opportunities where machine learning and Generative AI can create value and help shape the future direction of AI initiatives.
- Help raise the technical capabilities of the organization through technical leadership, design reviews, and knowledge sharing.
- Act as a force multiplier by solving challenging problems, accelerating delivery, and promoting a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
About You
- Strong expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and building data-driven solutions.
- Proven track record of delivering AI solutions that create measurable business impact.
- Experience leading complex technical initiatives and influencing decisions across teams and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of experimentation, modeling, software engineering principles, and production AI systems.
- Demonstrated ability to make sound technical trade-offs and guide teams through complex decisions under ambiguity.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical execution.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex ideas into practical outcomes.
- Passion for raising the technical capabilities of those around you.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments and navigating ambiguity.
