The Team You're Joining
- SFOC is a nonprofit organization working to accelerate South Korea's transition to a low-carbon economy through energy transition and industrial decarbonization.
- We go beyond research and policy proposals — our team turns complex climate, energy, and industrial issues into social agendas that drive real change.
How You'll Contribute
- Lead the planning of SFOC's brand communications and digital campaigns in close collaboration with designers and video producers
- Manage SFOC's social media channels (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) and draw actionable insights
- Plan and set the direction for SFOC's owned and collaborative content (video, image, and text)
- Plan and manage online advertising content and operations
Who We're Looking For
- Native proficiency in Korean
- Professional working proficiency in English
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, including content marketing or social media management
- Experience planning and producing digital content with a clear understanding of target audiences
- Experience analyzing social media or content performance data and applying findings to future planning
- Ability to actively consume digital content across platforms and translate audience trends into compelling content ideas
- Creative thinking to connect current trends with climate issues and develop fresh content angles
- Strong communication skills to work clearly and effectively with designers, video producers, and external agencies
Nice to Have
- Experience at an advertising or digital agency
- Hands-on experience running Meta Ads or Google Ads campaigns

- 타깃 오디언스에 대한 명확한 이해를 바탕으로 디지털 콘텐츠를 기획·제작한 경험
- 소셜 미디어 또는 콘텐츠 성과 데이터를 분석하고 이를 향후 기획에 반영한 경험
- 다양한 플랫폼의 디지털 콘텐츠를 능동적으로 소비하고, 오디언스 트렌드를 콘텐츠 아이디어로 연결하는 역량
- 현재 트렌드와 기후 이슈를 연결하여 새로운 콘텐츠 각도를 발굴하는 창의적 사고
- 디자이너·영상 프로듀서·외부 에이전시와 명확하고 효과적으로 협업하는 커뮤니케이션 능력
