You Will
- Support and coordinate the creation of dynamic web ads for the regional tech support team;
- Ensure banners meet the highest quality standards while complying with brand guidelines and industry best practices;
- Liaise with teams of account managers, sales managers, graphic designers and web developers;
- Update internal systems documentation and knowledge base articles.
Desired Experience
- About 6 months of professional experience;
- Experience in customer/internal stakeholders support;
- Knowledge of English and Polish at min. B2 is essential;
- Knowledge of Japanese at min. B1 level is a strong plus — you'll be working with teams and materials from this market;
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal);
- Accuracy and meticulousness in assigned tasks;
- Experience in independently managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines;
- Experience in taking initiative to improve processes or workflows;
- Willingness to enter into long-term cooperation;
- A degree in Marketing / Economics / Linguistics or similar is nice to have;
- Interest in the area of online marketing; ecommerce or IT is welcome.
