Inventory Control Specialist – 1st Shift

Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Additional Hours: Occasional overtime and weekends as needed

At Honor Foods, accurate inventory keeps everything moving! We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to help maintain inventory accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and keep our warehouse operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do
- Perform daily inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Use RF scanners to track and verify products.
- Identify, document, and report damaged or missing inventory.
- Assist with resolving shortages, damages, and inventory-related issues.
- Monitor product rotation and proper storage.
- Partner with warehouse teams and management to improve inventory accuracy.
- Work in refrigerated and freezer environments as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
- Basic Microsoft Excel, computer, and math skills required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Experience operating stand-up or reach forklifts is a plus.
- Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and work in temperature-controlled areas.
