The Opportunity

In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving UniSC’s international student recruitment success, supporting targeted strategies that turn market opportunities into student commencements and revenue growth. With a primary focus on the onshore market and support for offshore recruitment across all regions, you’ll use market intelligence to identify growth opportunities, maximise return on investment and advance UniSC’s global ambitions. Drawing on your knowledge of international education pathways, qualifications and emerging market trends, you’ll help strengthen education agent performance, boost enquiry-to-enrolment conversion and deliver effective recruitment support. Through strong stakeholder partnerships, data-informed insights and a proactive approach, you’ll help grow UniSC’s international presence and achieve measurable recruitment outcomes.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international education pathways, academic qualifications, and market trends and provide regular insights and detailed reports on market conditions and strategic growth opportunities.
  • Build and sustain strong, productive relationships with key stakeholders and oversee performance and training of education agents.

About you

You’re a proactive, results-driven professional with sharp analytical skills and the ability to turn market intelligence and performance data into strategic insights. You thrive under pressure, meet tight deadlines, achieve targets and confidently solve problems independently. Your exceptional stakeholder engagement, relationship-building and cross-cultural collaboration skills enable you to build influential partnerships and represent the University with confidence. With outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, you bring people together, work seamlessly across teams and champion the University’s brand and reputation.
