About the role

WHO WE ARE: MagicSchool is the premier generative AI platform for teachers. We're just over 2 years old, and more than 7 million teachers from all over the world have joined our platform. Join a top team at a fast growing company that is working towards real social impact. Make an account and try us out at our website and connect with our passionate community on our Wall of Love.

MagicSchool is hiring someone to own the full campaigns engine from start to finish. This person will consistently plan, kick off, and track every campaign with clear owners and timelines, tracking the progress directly to building the pipeline. This role owns the campaign engine. You'll plan and project manage national and seasonal campaigns, build the toolkits our Sales and Customer Success teams use, and create pipeline through owned campaigns and third-party partnerships.

You'll sit on the Marketing team and work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Creative, Product Marketing, and Corporate Marketing. You'll also present to senior leaders, so this role comes with real visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Own national and seasonal campaigns (Back to School, Teacher Appreciation Week, Customer campaigns, and others) from first idea through launch, measurement, and debrief.
  • Build and maintain campaign toolkits that give Sales and Customer Success what they need for both prospecting and customer marketing.
  • Work with the regional campaigns team so national campaigns localize well and regional needs shape national planning.
  • Keep one campaign calendar with clear owners and timelines, and share status updates before anyone has to ask.
  • Coordinate email, paid, events, content, social, and web so campaigns feel like one effort instead of separate workstreams.
  • Report on performance against pipeline and ROI goals, then turn the results into recommendations for the next campaign.
  • Support the Senior Manager of Demand Generation in the campaign execution for partner-driven programs, including partnership paid ads, co-hosted webinars, and trade publication placements, in coordination with the teams that own partner relationships and communications.

Qualifications, Competencies, and Skills

  • Ownership: You create campaigns in Asana and kick them off without being asked. You don't wait for Sales or Customer Success to come to you.
  • Collaboration: You surface Sales and Customer Success needs early and keep regional, events, ABM, and digital teams aligned.
  • Bias to results: You define the pipeline goal before launch and report against it.
  • Project management: You run a campaign from kickoff to completion and keep a calendar full of moving parts on track.
  • Communication: You write and present well, you raise risks early, and you're comfortable updating senior leaders.
  • Mission alignment: You care about improving education through technology.

Required Experience

  • Experience running multi-channel campaigns from concept to completion, with strong project management in Asana or a similar tool.
  • A data-minded, ROI-driven approach. You set goals up front and measure against pipeline, not just opens, attendance, or lead volume.
  • Salesforce experience, including pulling campaign and pipeline data.
  • Experience across both prospecting and customer marketing, and experience working directly with Sales and Customer Success.
  • Experience in a fast-growth or product-led growth environment.
  • Background in EdTech or K-12, or familiarity with seasonal buying cycles.

Nice to have: experience building third-party partnership or co-marketing campaigns, ownership of a seasonal campaign tied to pipeline, a content or creative background that helps you brief and direct creative well, sales enablement or toolkit-building experience, marketing automation experience (Pardot, Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot), and exposure to attribution tools like HockeyStack or Amplitude.

Why Join Us?

  • Work on cutting-edge AI technology that directly impacts educators and students.
  • Join a mission-driven team passionate about making education more efficient and equitable.
  • Flexibility of working from home, while fostering a unique culture built on relationships, trust, communication, and collaboration with our team - no matter where they live.

For full time employees

  • Unlimited time off to empower our employees to manage their work-life balance. We work hard for our teachers and users, and encourage our employees to rest and take the time they need.
  • Choice of employer-paid health insurance plans so that you can take care of yourself and your family. Dental and vision are also offered at very low premiums.
  • Every employee is offered generous stock options, vested over 4 years.
  • 401k match & monthly wellness stipend.

Our Values

  • Educators are Magic: Educators are the most important ingredient in the educational process - they are the magic, not the AI. Trust them, empower them, and put them at the center of leading change in service of students and families.
  • Joy and Magic: Bring joy and magic into every learning experience - push the boundaries of what’s possible with AI.
  • Community: Foster community that supports one another during a time of rapid technological change. Listen to them and serve their needs.
  • Innovation: The education system is outdated and in need of innovation and change - AI is an opportunity to bring equity, access, and serve the individual needs of students better than we ever have before.
  • Responsibility: Put responsibility and safety at the forefront of the technological change that AI is bringing to education.
  • Diversity: Diversity of thought, perspectives, and backgrounds helps us serve the wide audience of educators and students around the world.
  • Excellence: Educators and students deserve the best - and we strive for the highest quality in everything we do.
