  • Review inventory levels, sales trends, forecasts, and other relevant data to determine when and how much to order.

  • Prioritize daily tasks and manage multiple brands, requests, and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, and workflow efficiencies.
  • Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and proactively follow up on open items to ensure timely resolution.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
  • Experience in inventory management, purchase order processing, purchasing, supply chain, or a similar operational role is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including working with large data sets, reporting, and analysis.
  • Working knowledge of inventory planning, purchase orders, forecasting, and ordering processes.
  • Familiarity with Shelf, Tableau, Snowflake, Predict or similar business/data tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with Inventory Managers and team members.

Key Competencies

  • Ownership: Takes responsibility for assigned brands, orders, and deliverables.
  • Analytical Thinking: Uses data, trends, and forecasts to support ordering and inventory decisions.
  • Prioritization: Effectively manages multiple brands, requests, deadlines, and changing priorities.
  • Problem Solving: Quickly identifies issues, investigates root causes, and drives timely resolution.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy across purchase orders, inventory data, forecasts, and reports.
  • Proactive Approach: Anticipates inventory and ordering issues rather than waiting for them to occur.
  • Collaboration: Communicates clearly and works effectively with Inventory Managers and cross-functional partners.
  • Adaptability: Learns new systems, processes, and tools quickly and adapts to evolving business requirements.
