Job Summary
To assist Dean's office and faculty members.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Word and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of ELMO software
Ability to make copies on a copy machine, use a fax machine and printer.
Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Essential Duties
- Assist John Mravik during classes and office hours
- Assist faculty and staff
- Post class cancellations
- Refill office and mailroom supplies
Other Duties
Other duties as assigned that pertain to the job description.
