About the role

Siteimprove is a global leader in digital accessibility, content optimisation, and web governance, empowering organisations to deliver inclusive, high-performing digital experiences. With a strong and growing presence across EMEA, we support organisations of all sizes in making their digital presence more effective, accessible, and user-friendly.

At Siteimprove, you'll do more than build pipeline. You'll help organisations create digital experiences that include everyone. We're a fast-growing, purpose-led SaaS company with a global mission and a strong commitment to diversity, innovation, and measurable outcomes. You'll be part of a collaborative, international team where curiosity is valued, ideas are welcomed, and your career development is taken seriously.

As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR), you'll play a key role in driving growth within our existing customer base across EMEA. Sitting within our Customer Success organisation, this quota-carrying role is designed as a launchpad into full-cycle sales and a long-term career at Siteimprove.

You'll be responsible for owning smaller expansion deals end-to-end, from opportunity creation through close, while working closely with Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, and Marketing. Your work will support strategic customer relationships and directly contribute to our mission of building a more accessible digital world.

We're specifically looking for a German-speaking professional, as this role will support customers across German-speaking markets. Dutch language skills are a strong plus. We welcome candidates based in London or Copenhagen, where we have established offices, and are also open to fully remote candidates located in Germany.

We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and experiences. If you're excited about the opportunity and aligned with our mission, we encourage you to apply, even if your experience doesn't align with every qualification below.

What you will be doing

  • Drive expansion revenue from existing customers through proactive, outbound engagement
  • Own a monthly ARR quota focused on smaller cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Conduct discovery, value positioning, and demo coordination, leading to a successful close
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to identify signals for upsell and areas of unmet need
  • Promote adoption of Siteimprove tools and new product features (e.g., Code Checker, Design Tool Integrations)
  • Collaborate with Marketing on outbound campaigns and messaging strategies
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and opportunity tracking in Salesforce
  • Contribute to team learning, best practices, and our shared culture of continuous growth

What we will require of you

  • 2+ years in SaaS, ideally in a BDR, SDR, CSE, or junior inside sales capacity
  • Comfortable leading customer conversations and navigating objections
  • Strong collaboration skills, especially with cross-functional teams
  • Experience using Salesforce and sales engagement tools
  • Interest in digital marketing, accessibility, or website optimisation is a plus
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Coachable, curious, and eager to grow into a full-cycle sales role
  • Developing understanding of the full sales cycle, especially discovery and qualification
  • Fluent German language skills required; Dutch language skills are a strong plus

What we will love about you

  • Prior success in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales, ideally within a B2B SaaS or technology environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft), and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Understanding of digital marketing, web analytics, or accessibility topics
  • Experience engaging decision-makers in marketing, digital, or IT departments
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs in a high-activity sales environment

What you'll love about us

We’re building the next generation of AI-powered content intelligence, helping organizations unify accessibility, SEO/AEO, analytics, and content performance into one platform. If you’re energized by solving complex problems, working cross-functionally, and contributing to a product with real-world impact, we’d love to connect.

In addition, we hope you will appreciate
