At 3 Day Blinds, we're looking for confident, motivated sales professionals who are ready to take their earnings and careers to the next level.
With warm leads, uncapped commissions, and world-class training you'll have the opportunity to turn your drive into real results!
- Location: Salt Lake City, UT - conveniently located near the airport
- Schedule: Hybrid - work from home 1–2 days per week, with rotating Saturdays
- Compensation: $21/hour base pay + uncapped commissions
- Earning Potential: $77K–$100K+ average annual earnings
What You'll Do
- Turn warm leads and open proposals into closed sales through proactive, consistent follow-up
- Manage inbound and outbound communications through calls, texts, and emails
- Build rapport quickly and deliver a luxury-level customer experience
- Identify customer needs and confidently recommend personalized solutions
- Overcome objections, create urgency, and confidently close deals
- Own your sales pipeline, exceed goals, and partner with Design Consultants to maximize opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Driven, competitive, and motivated to achieve results and maximize earnings
- Proven ability to close sales, influence decisions, and navigate objections
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills
- Resilient, persistent, and comfortable handling rejection
- Self-motivated, organized, and accountable in a fast-paced sales environment
- Positive, coachable, adaptable, and eager to continuously improve

- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
