About the role

OUR VISION

When people use our technology to "bridge the gap" between the physical and digital worlds, they don’t just capture reality - they create a new one. In this new reality, they are smarter, more productive, more streamlined, and more creative - because they have the digital foundation to build the world they want to live in.

That’s what NavVis offers in all our products and services: the tools to not just map the world as it is, but to pave the way to a better future. To forge something new. Physical or digital, there is only one reality. And it’s the reality NavVis empowers people to build better.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This role gives you the opportunity to help scale NavVis’ group reporting function. You’ll combine hands-on accounting and consolidation work with improving processes across our international operations.

You’ll join a team of financial accountants, analysts, and business intelligence specialists. Reporting to the Strategic Finance Team Lead, you’ll work closely with international colleagues, external advisors, and auditors.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Deliver reliable monthly group reporting by supporting the preparation of IFRS-compatible local accounts
  • Consolidate NavVis’ financial results for monthly reporting and annual consolidated financial statements
  • Support annual financial audits by working directly with auditors to address reporting questions and provide supporting information
  • Contribute to budgeting and planning cycles with accurate financial inputs
  • Improve group accounting processes and systems together with our internal implementation team
  • Review and analyze subsidiary IFRS reporting packages to strengthen reporting accuracy and consistency
  • Advance the implementation of IFRS at group level in close collaboration with external advisors
  • Support the development and implementation of our transfer pricing system

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

  • 2-5 years of relevant professional experience in IFRS accounting and financial consolidation
  • Practical experience with accounting systems and consolidation tools
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail when reviewing financial information and explaining complex accounting topics
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations is a plus

HOW WE WILL KNOW WE ARE A PERFECT MATCH

Your recruiting partner for this role is Sylvie (she/her). You can expect to go through a screening call, and up to 4 rounds of interviews, where we would love to discover your passion and interests, introduce you to who we are and what drives us, and finally understand how we can potentially add value to each other's growth.

  • Up to 4000 EUR employee referral bonus
