Join us and contribute to making a sustainable future possible, together!

The Opportunity

Play a pivotal role in protecting Cleanaway's digital environment. As the Identity & Access Control Manager, you'll lead the strategy, governance and delivery of identity and privileged access management across the business, ensuring secure access to critical systems while supporting major technology transformation initiatives.

Additionally, you will:

  • Lead the management of user identities, access permissions and privileged accounts.
  • Strengthen security controls to prevent unauthorised access and mitigate risk.
  • Develop and enforce IAM policies, standards and governance frameworks.
  • Drive the IAM roadmap, aligning security, compliance and business objectives.
  • Partner with technology and business teams to deliver seamless IAM solutions.
  • Oversee SailPoint, CyberArk and related access management technologies.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of user and privileged access, from provisioning to deactivation.

About You

You're a strategic and hands-on IAM leader who thrives in complex environments. Combining strong technical expertise with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, you influence outcomes, drive continuous improvement and build secure, scalable access management practices.

To be successful, you will bring:

  • Proven experience leading IAM and access governance functions.
  • Strong knowledge of access control frameworks, policies and compliance requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with CyberArk, SailPoint, Azure AD and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience managing privileged access, segregation of duties and access reviews.
  • A solid understanding of PSPF, Essential Eight, APPs and related compliance standards.
  • Experience conducting audits, risk assessments and compliance activities.
  • Relevant qualifications, certifications and leadership experience within cyber security or IAM.

This is an excellent opportunity to influence enterprise-wide security outcomes, lead a high-performing team and shape the future of identity and access management at Cleanaway
