  • Proven experience with automotive EMC standards, procedures and test methods, including ISO 11452 and ISO 16750
  • Strong practical experience conducting EMC measurements and analysing test results.
  • Understanding of how electromagnetic interference affects ICs at system level and how IC behaviour can influence overall EMC compliance.
  • Experience with PCB schematic capture and PCB design.
  • Experience using Python, LabVIEW or similar tools for test automation and data analysis.
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • A self-motivated, collaborative and methodical approach.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Knowledge of simulation tools such as ADS and/or HyperLynx.
  • Experience with portable consumer products and mixed-signal analogue and digital design.
  • Experience with ESD simulators, RF immunity amplifiers, network analysers, spectrum analysers or GSM testers such as the CMU200.
  • Practical SMT hand-soldering experience.
  • Experience supporting customers or producing technical documentation.
