We're looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in delivering exceptional service, building trust with customers, and being part of a winning team. What You'll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups.
- Clearly communicate findings and repair options with homeowners.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service call.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with local codes and company standards.
- Accurately document work performed using company software.
- Mentor and support HVAC Service Apprentices as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- EPA Certification preferred
- NATE Certification is a plus, but not required
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday
- Rotating evenings, weekends, and on-call schedule
