HR Coordinator – Maternity Leave Replacement
We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team as a maternity leave replacement. This is a full-time position, Sunday–Thursday, 09:00–18:00.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding and support new hires throughout the onboarding process
- Handle employee offboarding processes
- Prepare and manage employment agreements, amendments, and related documentation
- Manage attendance reports and monitor attendance data
- Support ongoing payroll-related processes
- Provide employees with guidance and support on HR-related matters
- Handle a variety of day-to-day HR activities
- Support and coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities
- Perform ongoing HR administrative tasks
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources – must
- Familiarity with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, attendance management, and payroll-related processes
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Service-oriented approach, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Responsible, independent, and able to work in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – an advantage
Position: Full-time, Sunday–Thursday, 09:00–18:00
