Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Enhanced Clinical Support

The Centria Difference: Clinical Excellence at Your Fingertips

At Centria Healthcare, we’ve listened to our nurses. We know that in 1:1 home care, having the right resources is everything. Since May 2025, we have fully integrated a brand-new, evidence-based Clinical Procedure Manual directly into our HealthTrust EMR.

Our active nurses love it because it removes the guesswork. Whether you are charting or performing an intervention, the protocols you need are available in real-time, right from your home screen. We provide the tools; you provide the heart.

Why Nurses Are Returning to Centria

  • 1:1 Patient Care: Focus your full attention on one patient, not a heavy floor assignment.
  • Total Clinical Support: 24/7 access to clinical leadership and our new EBP manual integrated at the intervention level.
  • Flexibility That Works: Choose from day, night, or weekend shifts to fit your life.
  • Paid Training & Shadowing: New to Trach/Vent care? We provide the specialized training you need to feel confident.
  • Financial Freedom: Competitive rates with Daily Pay options.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Centria Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care for pediatric patients (birth–21) or adults with complex medical needs.

  • Monitor patient vitals and document conditions using our streamlined HealthTrust EMR.
  • Support families and collaborate with care teams to ensure the best patient outcomes.
  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in a comfortable home setting.

Qualifications

  • Active RN or LPN license in the State of Michigan.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for 1:1 care.
  • Home care or private duty experience is preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate!
  • A commitment to maintaining the high standards of our evidence-based protocols.

Benefits

  • Health, Dental, and Vision insurance for eligible employees.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO).
  • Career advancement opportunities within a Michigan-based leader in home health.
