What You'll Do
- Source and engage healthcare professionals across the US
- Build and manage candidate pipelines
- Screen, qualify, and support candidates throughout the recruitment journey
- Coordinate onboarding and compliance processes
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful placements
What We're Looking For
- 6+ months of US Healthcare Recruitment experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience sourcing through job boards, social media, and databases
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Willingness to work US shifts from the office
