Your opportunity

As a Health Practitioner you will be involved in:

  • Applying knowledge and skills in chronic disease prevention to co-design and develop tools and resources to health consumers, health professionals and other key stakeholders.
  • Assisting with the analysis of sensitive and complex issues, liaising, consulting and negotiating with diverse internal and external stakeholders to achieve optimal project outcomes.
  • Applying project management skills to support the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of prevention strategies and initiatives

Your workplace

  • Be part of our commitment to improving reconciliation and health equity with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples by contributing towards our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan.
  • Help foster a workplace that embraces equity, diversity, and inclusivity.
  • Get active with access to our complimentary wellness facilities including Pilates, Yoga, and Tennis. Or take a bike ride or run on the River Walk.
  • Be involved in community events promoting Health and Wellbeing.
  • Work flexibly in a way to better accommodate your lifestyle.

At HWQld, we strive to foster a culture where everyone is seen and heard as an individual. Welcome to a place where you're more than just a number - you're a valued member of our community!

Please share any additional support or accommodations you may need during the recruitment process to ensure you can fully showcase your abilities. This may include interpreting services, accommodations for physical requirements, or access to assistive technologies. We are committed to facilitating an inclusive and supportive recruitment experience for all applicants.
