About the role

The way B2B buyers discover and evaluate suppliers is changing. Buyers now use AI platforms as often as traditional search engines to research, compare, and shortlist vendors. As Head of Search and AI Visibility, you'll lead how FCM Travel and Corporate Traveller are found, cited, and recommended across SEO, AEO, AIO and GEO. This is a rare opportunity to build and shape a global capability from the ground up, creating the operating model, roadmap, governance, and team required to drive long-term commercial growth.

You'll work across two brands with very different buyer journeys while partnering with senior leaders, content teams, engineering, growth, and regional stakeholders globally.

Day to day you will...

  • Own the global strategy for search and AI visibility across FCM Travel and Corporate Traveller.
  • Lead visibility across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Perplexity, and traditional search.
  • Develop distinct strategies for SME and enterprise audiences across both brands.
  • Own technical SEO standards including architecture, schema, crawlability, indexation, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Partner with content, web, engineering, and growth teams to improve discoverability and performance.
  • Build and manage visibility reporting, including share of voice, citations, traffic, conversion, and commercial impact.
  • Design the operating model, team structure, budget requirements, and roadmap for the function.
  • Act as the global centre of excellence for search and AI visibility across markets and brands.
  • Lead and develop the Global SEO Manager while influencing senior stakeholders globally.
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.

You'll be the perfect fit if you have...

  • 8-10+ years' experience in SEO, organic search, or search visibility leadership.
  • 4+ years leading an SEO, search, or organic growth team.
  • Experience building or scaling AI visibility, AEO, GEO, AIO, or search visibility programs from scratch.
  • Deep technical SEO expertise across architecture, schema, crawlability, indexation, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Experience working with SEO and AI visibility platforms including Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and citation tracking tools.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience reporting pipeline, revenue, and ROI outcomes to senior leaders.
  • Experience designing operating models, capability frameworks, and team structures.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
