ether.fi is one of the largest crypto companies in the world. We have over $10B in assets under management and a team of around 50. We've been profitable since day one and are focused on building real consumer applications.
The future we envisage is true on-chain banking. Our current products, Stake, Liquid and Cash, let users earn yield across a range of DeFi strategies and spend their assets in the real world with our cards. You can view public analytics on Dune for Cash and Stake.
Position overview
We're looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to own how ether.fi acquires users. You'll run paid ads, SEO and AEO (answer engine optimization: getting ether.fi recommended by AI assistants like ChatGPT and Perplexity), and you'll be judged on one thing: active users at a cost that works.
What you'll do
- Own paid acquisition end to end: channel mix, creative, targeting, bidding and budget
- Build and run our SEO and AEO programs
- Source and manage UGC (user-generated content) creators to produce ad creative at volume
- Set up the tracking and reporting that ties spend to active users, by channel and by cohort
- Cut what doesn't work quickly and scale what does
What we are looking for
- 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience
- You've run SEO, AEO and paid ads yourself, not only managed people who did
- Ideally you've done this in-house at a fintech; agency experience is fine too
- A data background: you're comfortable pulling and analyzing your own numbers
- Drive, willingness to work hard and go the extra mile. We are a highly ambitious, driven team with audacious goals, and we work very hard to make them a reality
- Plus if you've run UGC programs
- Crypto experience is not required
