About the role

About Omni

Omni is the AI analytics platform that turns company data into a trusted source of truth for AI. Built on a semantic model, Omni gives teams a governed context graph, so everyone gets the same trusted answer. Ask in plain English, refine in workbooks, or bring your data into tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and Slack.

Our team has spent decades building data platforms, and we started Omni to fix problems we saw firsthand. Today, we help customers like Condé Nast, BambooHR, and Synthesia get better answers from their data. We're headquartered in San Francisco and have raised $217M from top investors including ICONIQ, Theory Ventures, and Redpoint Ventures. Our latest $120M Series C valued us at $1.5B.

If you like helping people get more from their data, come build with us. We’d love to hear from you.

The Role

We're looking for a Head of Growth Marketing, EMEA to build and run the demand engine that generates pipeline across EMEA. You'll own the regional growth strategy, budget, and pipeline target, developing each market according to its stage. You'll lead a small team of growth marketers while building campaigns and programs yourself. You'll partner closely with EMEA sales leadership, BDRs, partnerships, and product marketing, and work with the Global Events team on flagship regional events. This role reports to the Director, Global Growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own the EMEA pipeline target. Set the regional growth strategy and plan against a pipeline number. Be accountable for marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline across every EMEA territory.
  • Develop each market by its stage. Decide where to invest, where to test, and where to hold back across EMEA, and explain the tradeoffs to leadership.
  • Run multi-channel programs hands-on. Plan and run localized campaigns, field events and executive dinners, conferences, ABM, partner co-marketing, and paid digital. Stay in the detail to make them work.
  • Partner with EMEA sales leadership and BDRs. Agree territory priorities, target accounts, and ICP, and make sure programs turn into meetings and pipeline.
  • Own and allocate the EMEA marketing budget. Forecast spend and expected return, track against actuals, and move money between channels and markets as results come in.
  • Lead and develop the team. Manage and coach a small team of growth marketers, and set the planning cadences, reviews, and playbooks they work from, while staying hands-on in the work yourself.
  • Measure and report on performance. Track results by channel and market, report to regional and global leadership, and turn what you learn into what the team runs next.

About You

  • 6+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with most of that time in demand generation or growth roles where you built and ran campaigns yourself.
  • A track record of owning a pipeline target across multiple EMEA markets, with numbers you can walk us through.
  • 2+ years managing marketers directly, while still owning programs of your own.
  • Hands-on experience across field and events, ABM, partner marketing, and paid digital. You have run these programs yourself, not only through agencies or a team.
  • Experience owning a marketing budget, forecasting the pipeline it should return, and reallocating when actuals diverge.
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation and pipeline attribution. You are comfortable building your own analysis.
  • Experience influencing Director- and executive-level stakeholders on contested decisions such as budget shifts, ICP, and territory focus.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience marketing to data, analytics, or engineering buyers (BI, data infrastructure, or developer tools).
  • Experience building a region or market from an early stage at a Series B–D startup.
  • Professional working proficiency in French or German.

Location

This is a hybrid role based in Dublin, with 3 days per week in-office.

Why Join Us

  • Passionate, supportive team with extensive experience in the space (including founders from Looker and Stitch Data) all working together to win as a team
  • Health insurance through Irish Life
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Equity
  • Flexible PTO

Omni is an equal opportunity employer. We value diversity and encourage you to apply even if you don’t check every single box. Please, let us know if you need any reasonable accommodations during the interview process.
