Dryft builds models that automate complex human decisions in manufacturing operations. We capture the knowledge of experienced operators across supply chain, production planning, engineering and more, simulate the consequences of their decisions, and use this understanding to help run their business. Our customers include some of the largest robotics, machine and component manufacturers in the world.
We’re a small, talent-dense team with modest roots and a love for the physical world: cars, machines, planes. Our team includes graduates from Stanford, Berkeley, CDTM and TUM, winners of Stanford TreeHacks, recipients of Fulbright & Haniel scholarships, and people who have built everything from robots and race cars to software with millions of downloads.

THE ROLE
Dryft is growing fast, and as our GTM Lead, you'll accelerate everything that comes next. One day you're in a boardroom winning over a room full of skeptics, the next you're on a plane to a partner's plant to turn their pilot into a multi-year partnership, and the week after you're at one of the biggest trade shows in the world.
- Open new partnerships – find the manufacturers who need Dryft the most, and own every step from the first touchpoint to the C-level conversation to the signed pilot
- Grow every partnership – become the person our partners call first, expand from one plant to every plant they run, and shape what Dryft builds next
- Build a scalable GTM engine – turn what works into the playbook for every next partner, lay the foundation for the future team, and grow into roles like Head of GTM or Head of Europe/US

YOU
- Fast-paced experience – 2+ years in a top-tier client-facing role (e.g., consulting), as a founder, or as an early employee in a high-growth startup
- Fascinated by industry – you're excited to learn how manufacturing really works
- Executive presence – you read a boardroom in ten seconds, and leave an impression they still talk about weeks later
- Sharp mind – you pick up a new industry over a weekend, and remember the detail everyone else forgot three meetings ago
- Competitive by nature – you have a track record of winning at something hard, and you're not done winning
- Ultra-professional & detail-obsessed – you earn trust with structure, polish, and docs so clean even a CFO would shed a tear
- Language – you speak native-level German and fluent English
- Relocation – you're ready to work onsite in Munich, with 30 to 50% travel
