Production Guest Service Representative (GSR)
Location: Old Greenwich, CT
We are a reputable Service Station actively seeking professional, enthusiastic, and eager-to-grow Production Guest Service Representatives (GSRs) to join our car wash team. This role is hands-on and essential to delivering a fast, safe, and high-quality wash experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day operation of the car wash tunnel and production areas
- Guide vehicles safely onto the conveyor and through the wash process
- Perform pre-wash prep, vehicle alignment on to the conveyor, and quality checks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Support with efficiency and guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Previous car wash or production experience is a plus, but not required
Job Details
- Job Type: Full-time
- Base Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Schedule Requirements
- Approximately 40 hours per week
