Yes, you can build an exciting business AND have real-life real-customer impact.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Growth Marketer to own and scale our influencer and podcast channels. This person will be responsible for driving measurable customer acquisition through creator partnerships as well as collaborate with the Paid Social team on paid amplification.

You’ll own the channels end-to-end—including sourcing, negotiations, measurement & performance analysis, creative briefing, and developing strategies to improve efficiency and scale. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of growth marketing, partnerships, media buying, analytics, and creative.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment. You should be excited by the challenge of turning creator partnerships into predictable, scalable acquisition channels.

What You’ll Do

Own Influencer & Podcast Growth

  • Own the day-to-day execution and growth of the influencer and podcast programs, including sourcing, vetting, negotiations, briefings, contracting, measurement, and performance tracking.
  • Build and maintain the operational infrastructure needed to scale the programs, including creator databases, rate benchmarks, contracting templates, and briefing processes.
  • Develop channel strategies and testing roadmaps that balance CAC efficiency, acquisition volume, and scalability.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities across creator mix, content formats, and distribution partners, and recommend ways to evolve the programs.

Manage Partnerships

  • Source, evaluate, negotiate, and launch partnerships with influencers & creator agencies, podcast hosts & podcast networks
  • Negotiate CPM, CPA, and hybrid deals to drive efficient customer acquisition.
  • Develop frameworks for evaluating new partners based on audience, economics, historical performance, and strategic fit.
  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships and ensure campaigns launch and operate smoothly.

Drive Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying trends and drivers to determine where to scale, optimize, or cut spend.
  • Develop frameworks for evaluating new partners when historical performance data is limited.
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance through pricing, creative, targeting, offers, and partner selection.
  • Test new sponsorship structures, creative approaches, CTAs, landing experiences, and promotional strategies.
  • Partner with Data Science to improve measurement and understand incrementality and brand impact.
  • Develop strategies to scale high-performing partners while maintaining target CACs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Creative team to develop campaign briefs and creative assets.
  • Collaborate with Paid Social team on paid amplification opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, influencer marketing, podcast advertising, partnerships, or a related field
  • Experience managing performance-oriented influencer and/or podcast marketing programs
  • Strong understanding of direct-response marketing and customer acquisition economics
  • Proven ability to manage media budgets and make data-driven investment decisions
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, attribution, and other performance metrics
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills—you can manage many partners, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and independently driving projects from strategy through execution
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A bias toward testing, learning, and iteration

Nice to Have

  • Experience with both influencer and podcast advertising
  • Experience buying media directly from creators, podcast hosts, or networks/agencies
  • Experience with performance-based compensation structures such as CPA, hybrid CPA/CPM, or revenue-share deals
  • Familiarity with podcast measurement and attribution platforms such as Podscribe
  • Experience with influencer attribution and tracking platforms
  • Experience working in fintech, consumer apps, subscriptions, or other performance-driven businesses
  • Experience scaling a channel from early testing into a meaningful acquisition program

Base Range

$110,000—$145,000 USD
