- have a high learning-rate and love optimizing systems through rapid experimentation
- have meaningfully scaled out any product or media
- love tinkering and have built apps or programmed microcontrollers to make something joyful
- can understand why a TikTok got (or didn't get) a bunch of views
- publish (any kind of) content for the love of the game
- feel equally strong obligations to both 1) choose good and 2) to win.
- have (or had) embarrassing app screentime
