About the role

About Us

Based in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, Greenmark Waste Solutions (“Greenmark”) is a locally-owned solid waste and recycling collection company. Greenmark serves industrial, commercial, and construction markets across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and operates as Home Town Disposal in the Memphis metroplex, where we serve the residential market.

People are at the core of our business. We take care of our people, so they can in turn take care of our customers and our communities. Greenmark seeks to be a regionally integrated solid waste company that is recognized for our dependability and expertise, while maintaining authentic, hometown roots in the communities we serve.

Greenmark has a unique opportunity to build a best-in-class business from the ground up without time or capital constraints. We have the ability to focus on the things that matter most in the long-term – our people, customers, vendors, and communities. Our leadership brings extensive experience in the waste industry at the major publicly traded waste companies and leading independents. We are applying our collective knowledge and experiences to build the business the right way and are looking for team members who want to build their careers with us.
