We currently are hiring for our day shift. This shift offers a great balance of work and family time. Employees on night work Monday to Thursday from 4:00pm-2:30am and depending on the workload, we work our overtime on Fridays. Lionshead Precision Metals (previously IMC Corp) is seeking a qualified candidate that can come in and hit the door running.
Some general job duties for this position include but are not limited to:
- Will be required to lift and/or move metal parts repetitively weighing 15 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Operate equipment such as: stamping press, brake press, manual machines, spot weld machine, mills, and lathes.
- Grind and finish metal parts
- Count and pack parts

Vacation Program
Vacation Accrual (Year 1):
- After 3 months → 40 hours
- After 6 months → +40 hours (80 total)
- After 9 months → +40 hours (120 total)
After First Year:
- Every January 1st → 120 hours
After 5-Year Anniversary:
- January 1st following your 5-year anniversary → 160 hours
