THE OPPORTUNITY

COMPENSATION AND OWNERSHIP
For the kinds of founding roles we most often create through this path, base salary is $125K-$250K and equity is 0.25%-1.50%. The actual package will depend on the role, seniority, and scope we define together.

THE CELL-NUMBER CHALLENGE
If you can find Luke's cell number, send a concise text explaining the specific problem you would solve at Hedge. Respectful initiative gets noticed. Generic pitches do not. Please do not repeatedly call or message.

WHY HEDGE

WORK MODEL
Most founding roles are based in San Francisco and work in person with the team. If a different arrangement is essential to your thesis, make the case clearly.
