About the role
About OXMAN
We are a design company advancing the unification of top-down design engineering with bottom-up biological growth toward the mutual empowerment of Nature and Humanity. Our work spans coproduction, cohabitation, and communication. We build systems where Nature and humans co-create as one.
The Opportunity
We are always looking for pioneers. Our teams operate at the intersection of design, technology, biology, ecology, and engineering, and the most original work tends to happen where those fields meet.
True innovation rarely fits neatly into a standard job title. If you are an interdisciplinary thinker drawn to building what has not been built before, we want to know you. Even if you do not see an open role that matches your background right now, this is the place to raise your hand.
Who You Are
- You operate at the intersection of disciplines that rarely speak to one another.
- You are passionate about solving complex, systemic problems that impact both the built and natural environments.
- You have a portfolio, research, or body of work that demonstrates your ability to unite top-down engineering with bottom-up principles.
How to Connect
We keep this process incredibly light so we can focus on your actual work, not administrative forms.
