  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives across workflows, safety, and warehouse systems
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Safety, Facilities, and other department leaders to support shift execution
  • Track and report production metrics, offering data-driven recommendations to improve processes
  • Manage labor tracking, including reviewing timecards and attendance reports for accuracy
  • Oversee the employee lifecycle on your team, including interviewing, onboarding and offboarding associates
  • Ensure compliance with Grove’s safety protocols and operational policies
  • Provide structured shift pass-downs and maintain documentation of hand-offs and incident reporting

ABOUT YOU

  • 3–5+ years of leadership experience in fulfillment, distribution, or logistics, with proven success managing large teams (100+)
  • A team-first, hands-on leadership style with high integrity and accountability
  • Proven success managing competing priorities and navigating change
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong command of warehouse systems (e.g., WMS such as Manhattan, HighJump) and comfort with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Working knowledge of LEAN, Kaizen, or similar continuous improvement methodologies
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field preferred
