About the role

Your mission & challenges

You help build the Cognitive Twin, NEURA's unified environment within Neuraverse for designing robotic applications, visualizing data in real time, and simulating and running applications on virtual and real robots. Working closely with simulation, backend, AI and product teams, you turn complex robotics into an experience that feels simple and immediate. A twin is only as useful as what people can see and do with it, and that is where you come in.

  • Application design tools: Build the browser tools people use to create and edit robot cells and applications.
  • Live twin: Help bring the running simulation and real robots onto the screen in a clear, responsive way.
  • User experience: Turn feedback from robotics engineers and customers into intuitive features.
  • Quality: Deliver well-tested, maintainable features that fit a consistent experience across the Neuraverse platform.
  • Growth: Grow into 3D and real-time web development alongside senior engineers.

What we can look forward to

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Experience: 2+ years of professional experience building web applications with React and TypeScript.
  • 3D web development experience with: Babylon.js, Three.js or WebGL; WebRTC or WebSockets;
  • Web fundamentals: Solid HTML, CSS (e.g. Tailwind) and modern JavaScript.
  • APIs & state: Experience working with APIs (REST, gRPC-Web or similar) and managing client state.
  • Clean code: A habit of writing tests and readable, maintainable code; comfortable with Git and code reviews.
  • Curiosity: Interest in 3D graphics and real-time systems, and the willingness to learn them.
  • AI tooling: Familiarity with AI coding tools.
  • Mindset & communication: A collaborative mindset, a structured working style and clear communication, with excellent English. German is a plus.

Nice to have

  • monorepos or micro-frontends;
  • node-based editors or data-heavy dashboards;
  • Storybook and design systems;
  • interest in robotics or simulation.
