About ROOST Detroit

ROOST Detroit is a beautifully designed, apartment‑style hotel located inside the iconic and fully restored Book Tower in the heart of downtown Detroit. Located within Book Tower’s vibrant mixed‑use community, ROOST Detroit places guests steps away from restaurants, bars, retail, and the city’s architectural and cultural landmarks. It serves as both a home base for extended stays and a stylish retreat for travelers seeking a more immersive Detroit experience.
