About the Role
Build the marketing function from the ground up at a contract intelligence B2B SaaS company serving complex business customers. You will shape the company's story and create measurable marketing programs in close collaboration with the founding team.
What You'll Do
- Develop positioning and messaging that resonates with business leaders and legal teams.
- Shape the brand across social media, event materials, and the website.
- Create content for LinkedIn, newsletters, industry reports, and public relations.
- Develop creative campaigns that build awareness and engagement.
- Plan roundtables, customer events, and conference activities across the DACH region.
- Run and test paid campaigns on LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Track results including reach, signups, event attendance, meetings, and sales pipeline.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of hands-on B2B marketing experience at a startup or B2B SaaS company, ideally within a 2 to 5 year experience range.
- Evidence of measurable marketing impact with complex B2B buyers.
- Fluent German at C1 or C2 level.
- Experience building a brand, campaign, newsletter, event, or marketing function from scratch.
- Experience across content, social media, events, or paid campaigns; marketing analytics experience is useful.
- Background in legal technology, SaaS, contract management, entrepreneurship, or venture capital is helpful.
- A creative, hands-on approach and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary is €60,000 to €80,000 annually, with an individual equity package. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. Candidates based elsewhere must be willing to relocate.
