About the role

Help build the next category-defining AI company

AI has transformed how we write (chat), communicate (voice), and build software (code). The next frontier is even bigger: transforming how businesses actually operate (enterprise wide automation). That's what we're building at Sola.

Sola is an AI-native platform reinventing enterprise process automation and disrupting legacy RPA tools. Our AI agents can execute complex workflows across any application, browser, desktop, or legacy system—free from the limitations and fragility of traditional automation tools. Users simply record their screen, and Sola creates a custom agent to run that process at scale.

The opportunity at hand is enormous. Nearly every enterprise, across every industry, runs on processes that are still painfully manual. We're building the technology to change that. And we're just getting started.

We're hiring a small group of Founding Account Executives to help bring Sola to the world's largest enterprises and build the foundation of our go-to-market organization.

This isn't a role where you inherit a playbook. It's an opportunity to help write one.

Why Sola? Why now?

A massive market ready for reinvention.

Enterprise automation is one of the biggest opportunities in AI. Legacy RPA platforms have been constrained by rigid rules, complex implementations, and brittle workflows. Sola is changing that with AI agents that can reason, adapt, and execute work across enterprise systems: the next generation of a massive software category.

Real traction. Serious momentum.

We've grown the business 10x in 2026, deployed across 20+ enterprise customers—including Fortune 500 companies—and demonstrated rapid expansion, with customers growing 2–5x in their first year. We've closed seven-figure enterprise deals, all with a lean, primarily founder-led sales motion. The product is proven. The market is responding. Now we're building the team to scale it.

Build alongside leaders who've done it before.

You'll report directly to our CRO, Alex Latraverse, who spent seven years at Flock Safety helping scale the business from $5M to $500M+ ARR and growing the AE organization from two sellers to more than 200.

You'll work closely with Alex and Sola's founders to shape our sales strategy, playbook, culture, and team. This is an opportunity to learn from experienced operators while having a direct voice in how the company grows.

Early-stage ownership. Exceptional upside.

Backed by Andreessen Horowitz, Conviction, and Y Combinator, Sola has raised more than $20M to build the future of enterprise automation.

We're still early enough that individual contributions can meaningfully influence the company's trajectory. You'll own a largely greenfield opportunity, participate in the equity upside, and shape the organization you could one day help lead.

What you'll do

As a Founding AE, you'll own the full enterprise sales cycle while helping define how Sola goes to market.

  • Win new enterprise customers. Build pipeline, open doors, and close complex six- and seven-figure opportunities.
  • Land and expand. Establish new customer relationships, prove value quickly, and grow accounts across business units.
  • Sell transformative technology. Help enterprise leaders reimagine how their organizations operate with AI.
  • Build the playbook. Partner directly with the CRO and founders to refine our positioning, sales process, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Help build the team. Shape the standards, culture, and practices that will define Sola's sales organization.

You'll have the autonomy to operate like an owner, direct access to leadership, and the opportunity to make an outsized impact from day one.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for exceptional enterprise sellers who combine a track record of winning with the ambition to build something from the ground up. You'll likely be a strong fit if you have:

  • Approximately 5+ years of closing experience in enterprise SaaS or technology sales, or an equivalent track record of success.
  • A proven ability to self-source pipeline and consistently win net-new enterprise business.
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles and closing six-figure deals.
  • A history of exceeding targets and performing at the top of your team.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and excitement for the pace, ownership, and ambiguity of an early-stage company.

Experience selling AI, automation, data, security, or software into finance, operations, IT, legal, or risk teams is a plus.

We care more about what you've accomplished and what you're capable of building than where you've worked or how your résumé looks.

Compensation

We believe exceptional performance deserves exceptional rewards.

  • Base salary: $137,500–187,500 annually
  • On-target earnings: $275,000–375,000 annually (50% base / 50% variable)
  • Uncapped commissions with accelerators for overperformance
  • Quarterly performance bonus opportunities in addition to commissions
  • Equity participation as a founding member of our sales team

On-target earnings reflect base salary plus target variable compensation at 100% quota attainment and are not guaranteed. Actual compensation depends on job-related qualifications and experience. Commissions and bonuses are subject to applicable compensation plans.

Benefits

We offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k) matching, daily meals together in the office, flexible PTO (4 weeks per year), and relocation support for candidates not already based in NYC or Atlanta.

Let's build something exceptional

The best career decisions come at moments of inflection—when a market is changing, a product is gaining momentum, and a small team has the opportunity to build something much bigger. Sola is now in one of these moments.

If you're an exceptional enterprise seller who wants to help define a category, build alongside experienced leaders, and participate meaningfully in the value you create, we'd love to meet you.

Come help us build the future of enterprise automation.
