About the role

At Parallel, we build AI agents that help healthcare organizations automate their administrative processes and unlock additional revenue, starting with medical coding.

Today, up to 25% of healthcare spending is lost to manual, repetitive administrative tasks. Legacy software hasn't helped: it has made work slower, more complex and more frustrating for care teams.

We believe AI agents can change this. Our technology combines large language models with system-level automation to do real work inside existing hospital tools. No integration, no disruption.

Our first agent automates coding and frees up time for medical teams to focus on patients.

We launched in 2024 and already have 800+ customers and a team of 30+ people. We are backed by top-tier investors (Index Ventures, Y Combinator, Hexa, Frst, Kima Ventures, Better Angle and the CEO of Mistral AI), and this is just the beginning.

The future of healthcare isn't just digital, it's automated. Come help us build it!

The role

Context

Parallel needs to be ready to scale 10x, and we’re launching in Germany and the US. To get there, we need clear processes, connected tools and the right data in the right hands. Today, a lot of the work across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance is still done by hand.

That’s why we’re hiring our first RevOps: someone who builds things, not someone who writes decks about them. You’ll report to Clémentine, our Head of Ops, and work every day with the founders and the Revenue teams. There’s no team to manage at first, but the function is yours to shape, and we expect it to grow.

Missions

Own our CRM, end to end

  • Design and maintain the data model, pipelines and properties so every deal, client and contract lives in one place.
  • Keep the data clean and complete, and make sure every team actually uses the CRM day to day.
  • Build the dashboards and weekly forecast the founders and team leads rely on.

Automate our Revenue teams’ processes, with AI where it makes sense

  • Sit with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance to map their processes and spot what’s still done by hand.
  • Automate the repetitive work: lead routing, follow-ups, quotes and contracts, client email campaigns, billing and commissions.
  • Use AI where it brings real value, like enriching data, drafting first-level support answers or summarizing client interactions, and know when a simple rule is enough.

Set up a reliable and connected tool stack

  • Choose the right tools for each need, starting with our support platform, and keep the stack as simple as possible. Our current stack: Attio, Notion, Metabase, Intercom, Pennylane.
  • Connect them to the CRM and to each other so information flows without copy-paste between sales, support, billing and product data.
  • Document how the stack works and own it over time: access, costs, and deciding when a tool should be replaced (starting with Attio, our current CRM).

Help us scale Parallel internationally

  • Adapt our tools and processes as we launch in Germany and the US: entities, currencies, languages.
  • Set up local invoicing and consolidated reporting across countries.
  • Document how things work so new teams abroad can be autonomous from day one.

Who you are

  • 3-5 years of RevOps, SalesOps or BizOps experience in a B2B startup, with business automations you built and shipped yourself
  • You have run a CRM yourself, not just used it. You have administered, configured and optimized one personally: data model, pipelines, permissions, workflows, integrations.
  • Real use of AI applied to internal work, and the judgment to know when a simple rule does the job better.
  • You’re comfortable with data: you run your own analyses, build dashboards people actually use, and ship a working v1 fast before improving it. Writing SQL is a plus.
  • Autonomous and pragmatic: you don't wait for a detailed spec, you go after the high-impact problems and deliver simple, usable solutions.
  • Rigorous: you check your work, set up controls and document so processes are reproducible.
  • A solid understanding of how a SaaS business works, from sales cycle to operations to billing.
  • You are fluent in French and English.

Our values

  • Play to Win: we're not here to just take part, deliver something "good enough" or simply enjoy the startup ride. We want to win. That means caring about results, moving fast and bringing the right intensity when it matters.
  • High Trust, High Standards: trust is our starting point. If you join us, it's because we believe you can own your scope and make good decisions. We don't want a company built on approvals, control and micromanagement. But trust comes with accountability: the more freedom you have, the higher the bar.
  • Low Ego, Hands-On: at Parallel, no one is above the work. No title, seniority or past success exempts anyone from getting involved in the actual work. Leading means taking responsibility, not distancing yourself from execution.
  • Don't Take Yourself Too Seriously: we take our mission very seriously, not ourselves. Building a company is intense. We want Parallel to remain a place where people enjoy spending time together, laughing, celebrating and giving energy to others. High standards and a good atmosphere aren't opposites: we want both.

Hiring process

  1. First call with Léa: our values, your background, and a first look at your CRM and automation experience (30 min)
  2. Interview with Clémentine, Head of Ops: your future manager, deep dive into how you build and run a CRM and your automations (30 min)
  3. Case study at our Paris office with Clémentine (Head of Ops) and Victoire (Head of Sales): you structure and configure a CRM, then automate a process, from framing to a working prototype and a founder interview with Paul (2 heures)
  4. Reference checks, with your consent

Why join us?

  • AI with real-world impact. Our agents free hospital teams from paperwork, in a system where 70% of French hospitals are in deficit
  • A function to build from scratch. You are our first RevOps: the stack, the processes and how we use AI internally are yours to design
  • The right moment. A $20M Series A closed in March 2026, the team doubling to around 60 people, Germany opening, and everything still to build
  • An AI-native company that practices what it sells. We automate hospitals; you get to automate Parallel
  • Top-tier backers and founders. Index Ventures, Y Combinator, Hexa, the CEO of Mistral AI; founders from Meta, McKinsey and Hublo
  • Direct line to the founders. You work daily with Paul and the founding team, and your work shapes how the company scales
  • Room to grow. The role starts hands-on, with the prospect of building a team as the function grows
  • Competitive package. A competitive salary and equity (BSPCE), so you share in what you help build
  • Flexibility. On average one day of remote work per week, and one remote week per year.

We care about who you are, not just what's on your CV.

If you're drawn to what we're building but don't meet every requirement, we still want to hear from you. Studies show that women in particular tend to apply only when they meet 100% of the criteria. If that's you, please don't let that hold you back. We'd love to receive your application.
