It has evolved a fairer, more efficient and effective business model, structured to deliver leading advice-led wealth management services, giving financial advisers and their clients the best opportunity to fulfil their dreams and ambitions.

We provide a dynamic work environment full of opportunity, one where both individual and team initiative and contribution is encouraged, so that together we can deliver better outcomes for our clients over the long term.

We are looking for an experienced Financial Planner to join Titan Wealth’s Private Client business in the South East, taking ownership of an established client portfolio from day one.

This is an opportunity for an established adviser who wants to focus on delivering high-quality, relationship-led financial planning, with the benefit of a strong support structure around them.

The role offers:

  • Immediate access to an existing client bank
  • Full paraplanning and administrative support
  • A clear pathway for continued career progression
  • The opportunity to work within a growing, acquisitive wealth management business
  • Exposure to a broad client base and more complex financial planning scenarios
  • The opportunity to develop and grow an established portfolio over time

We’re particularly interested in Chartered Financial Planners, or highly experienced advisers within one or two examinations of achieving Chartered status, who combine strong technical capability with excellent client relationship skills.

Responisbilities

Client Management & Advice Delivery

  • Take ownership of an established client bank, providing ongoing holistic financial planning advice
  • Deliver high-quality advice across pensions, investments, protection, tax planning and retirement strategies
  • Maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships, identifying new advice opportunities
  • Ensure excellent client outcomes, service standards and communication throughout the client journey
  • Manage review cycles, ensuring clients receive proactive and timely engagement
  • Generate additional revenue through client referrals and cross-selling opportunities
  • Collaborate with wider Titan teams (investment management, employee benefits, etc.) to deliver integrated solutions

Business Development

  • Identify and act on opportunities within your existing client bank
  • Support organic growth through referrals and professional introducers
  • Build and maintain relationships with external professional connections (accountants, solicitors, etc.)
  • Contribute to local growth plans aligned with regional and national strategy

Compliance & Governance

  • Provide advice in line with FCA regulations and Titan policies
  • Maintain Competent Adviser Status (CAS) and ‘Fit & Proper’ requirements
  • Ensure all client files and suitability reports meet compliance standards
  • Stay up to date with industry developments and technical knowledge
  • Operate in line with TCF principles at all times

About you

Essential

  • Chartered Financial Planner, or within one or two examinations of achieving Chartered status
  • CAS status / current SPS holder
  • Significant experience working as a Financial Planner / Financial Adviser, ideally with 10+ years’ experience
  • Proven experience managing and developing an established client portfolio
  • Strong ability to deliver holistic financial planning advice
  • Excellent communication, listening and relationship-management skills
  • The ability to communicate complex advice clearly and confidently to a broad range of clients
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to convert high-quality advice into positive client outcomes

Desirable

  • Experience advising business owners and corporate clients
  • Previous bancassurance experience or another strongly structured adviser-training background

Bring your experience to an established client portfolio and make it your own, with the support and scale of Titan Wealth behind you. This is an opportunity to build and maintain meaningful, long-term client relationships, develop an existing book and continue progressing your career within a growing wealth management business.
