ISS is a leading workplace experience and facility management company, providing placemaking solutions that contribute to better business performance and make life easier, more productive, and enjoyable delivered to high standards by people who care.

With a global presence spanning over 46 countries, ISS combines international expertise with local insights to create safe, efficient, and sustainable environments.

At ISS, our employees—whom we call "placemakers"—are at the heart of everything we do. Empowered by world-class resources and driven by purpose, they are united by a passion to make a real difference every day.

The Opportunity

Our team is growing, and we’re looking for resilient, reliable, and team-oriented Utility All-Rounders to join ISS Facility Services on remote WA mine sites.

We have Full Time and Casual FIFO opportunities departing from Perth Airport on a 14:7 roster. You’ll work 10–12 hour shifts in remote environments where red dust gets everywhere, the days can feel long, and your step count will definitely look impressive by the end of shift.

This role suits people who enjoy staying active, can work independently, and understand that FIFO life isn’t a holiday, but it can be rewarding, stable, and a great way to save money while working with a supportive team.

  • Perform general grounds maintenance, including mowing, cleaning, and upkeep activities in line with maintenance schedules.
  • Maintain landscaped areas through weeding, spraying, and general garden care.
  • Install, inspect, and repair irrigation (reticulation) systems as required.
  • Safely operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment such as mowers, whipper snippers, and hedge trimmers.
  • Assist with drainage works and related site maintenance tasks.
  • Provide labour support for construction and site improvement projects.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and well-presented outdoor environment at all times.

Food & Beverage

  • Deliver friendly, professional food and beverage service in line with company standards and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests positively and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety across all service and bar areas.
  • Ensure all food and drink orders are prepared, served, and delivered accurately and promptly.
