About the role

About Reveal Technology

Founded in 2019, Reveal is a dynamic startup revolutionizing field operations by delivering software tools and intelligence to operators in remote, disconnected, and extreme environments. Reveal is the Digital Arms Room for the Modern Warrior — providing the tactical intelligence and automation platform for physical, human, and digital terrain at the edge.

Our flagship products include Farsight, a 3D processing and mission planning platform that transforms complex terrain into operational advantage, and Identifi, a secure identity verification solution designed for rapid, trusted identification in dynamic environments. In 2026, Reveal expanded its software portfolio to include Chronos and Anomaly 6, further strengthening its capabilities across the modern battlefield.

Reveal exists to serve defense, security, and public safety missions where time is compressed, information is contested, and precision matters. We are scaling our team and technology to meet the accelerating demands of modern warfare and national security.

About the Role

Embedded Field Service Representative for Reveal Technology, based on site with a UK special operations customer in Poole. You'll be the customer's day-to-day link to Reveal: getting the software into users' hands, training them, and keeping it running on exercises and operations, on land and at sea.

You'll also make sure what the users need reaches our US engineering team, and spot where Reveal can do more for the customer. It's a hands-on role for someone who is as comfortable in a training room as in the field.

This position requires proximity to Poole, Dorset and occasional domestic and international travel. Qualified applicants must be UK nationals and eligible for DV clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Embed with the customer on site 2 to 3 days a week, flexing with operational need, as their first point of contact for Reveal.
  • Install, configure and support Farsight nodes, viewers, XR kit and Echo, in camp, in the field and at sea.
  • Deliver training, from new-user courses to refresher and advanced analyst sessions, and keep training material current.
  • Support exercises, rehearsals and operations, including 3D reconstruction from drone and sensor data.
  • Fix problems in the field, escalating to engineering when needed.
  • Capture user feedback and turn it into clear tickets and feature requests for engineering.
  • Test pre-release builds and new features so training is ready before the software reaches users.
  • Collect real-world datasets for the engineering team to develop and test against.
  • Pass new requirements and opportunities to the International Sales Engineer, and support demos, trials and proposals.
  • Report activity and progress against contract deliverables through regular SITREPs.

Requirements

  • Strong practical IT skills: Windows ,networking, and deploying and troubleshooting software on laptops, servers and tablets.
  • Hands-on experience with geospatial, mapping or ISR systems.
  • Experience delivering training to mixed audiences, from junior users to staff officers.
  • Confidence working directly with special operations users; service experience a strong advantage.
  • A self-starter who works well on their own with limited oversight, with the discretion a sensitive customer needs.
  • Based in or able to commute daily to Poole.
  • Strong Linux, networking and deployment skills; scripting in Python or similar.
  • UK national, eligible for DV clearance.

Nice to Haves

  • UKSF, SFSG or Royal Marines background, ideally with maritime or amphibious experience.
  • Royal Signals, Royal Engineers Geo or UKSF signals background.
  • C# or gRPC experience.
  • Experience with ATAK and other TAK tools.
  • Drone operations, photogrammetry or 3D reconstruction experience.
  • Experience setting up and supporting XR headsets.
  • Scripting in Python or similar.
  • Previous customer-facing technical role, such as FSR, field engineer or solutions engineer.

Location

  • Poole, Dorset, embedded on site with a UK special operations customer, with occasional UK and overseas travel
  • Onsite: 2-3 days a week

Compensation

  • Salary (£80,000 - £95,000) + Equity
  • Salary is determined by the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

Benefits

  • Medical, Dental, Vision coverage
  • Parental Leave
  • Unlimited Paid Time Off
  • Home Office Stipend
