Position Overview ConductorAI is looking for a skilled and experienced Field Service Representative (FSR) contractor to join our team. In this role, you will partner with Customer and Engineering teams to design, develop, and deploy the Conduit platform to address our customers' most complex challenges.

As an FSR, you will work directly with analysts and operators to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, and create innovative use cases. Directly supporting users around the globe, you will be instrumental in driving success and delivering meaningful results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide the engineering team with user feedback to enhance the product

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance required at time of hire; this requirement is mandated by the classified nature of work performed under US government contracts and is non-negotiable. CI polygraph preferred, but not required.
  • US citizenship required by applicable federal law and government contract obligations (ITAR/EAR); we are unable to consider green card holders or sponsor visas for this role
  • Experience configuring software platforms in support of operational processes
  • Technical background with working knowledge of software configuration, classified networks, and server administration
  • Familiarity with large language models, advanced prompting techniques, and genuine interest in being on the cutting edge of this technology
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to break down and demonstrate complex concepts clearly across audiences
  • Willingness to work on-site with customer users 4-5 days per week
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working in or supporting classified environments
  • Familiarity with help desk or technical support workflows

Desired Qualifications

  • Military, Special Operations, or law enforcement experience
  • Familiarity with intelligence workflows and/or J2 users
  • Active access to CCMD and J2 customer environments, relationships, and facilities

The base salary range for this role is $175-250k. Candidates with an active TS/SCI clearance, required read-ons, and direct experience with specific customers may be eligible for compensation at the higher end of the range. Starting pay will be based on a number of factors including qualifications, experience, and location. This is a contract position.
