About the role

Field Marketing Manager

Location: Stuttgart

Employment Type: Full time

Location Type: On-site

Department: Marketing

Who We Are

We build the intelligence that lets robots sense, reason, and act in the real world, moving beyond the lab and into everyday industrial settings like warehouses and factories. Our technology closes the automation gaps that traditional systems can't solve. We are on a mission to redefine how physical work gets done, and we're looking for curious, bold thinkers to help shape the future of robotics with us.

Overview

As Field Marketing Manager, you'll turn our brand and products into pipeline across Europe. You'll create and localize content, support our organic social, run paid social campaigns, own our event presence, and plan lead generation programs such as webinars and sponsorships. You'll work closely with Sales and partners to support key accounts and deals, and track what each program delivers so budget goes where it works. You'll sit in the Marketing team in Stuttgart and work daily with Sales, Product and leadership.

Your Responsibilities

Content Development

  • Create written and visual content including blogs, case studies, one-pagers and presentations. Adapt core content for regional markets and languages when needed.
  • Manage video projects from brief to final cut, including customer testimonials, product demos and event footage. Coordinate agencies, freelancers and on-site shoots at customer locations.

Social Media

  • Help run our social channels, with LinkedIn and X as the focus. Grow organic reach and engagement through regular posts. Support the social content strategy and calendar, and help create and publish posts.
  • Execute paid social campaigns (e.g. LinkedIn Ads) to reach target accounts, build awareness in core markets, and generate leads. Manage targeting, budget and performance reporting.

Event Management

  • Own our trade show and event presence in Europe from planning and logistics through to follow-up, so each event produces qualified leads and measurable results.
  • Coordinate live robot demos at trade shows and customer events with Product and Engineering, covering demo setup, logistics and staffing.

Commercial Support

  • Build targeted campaigns with Sales for key accounts and regions. Supply the team with the materials, messaging and activities they need to move deals forward.
  • Plan and run lead generation programs including webinars, user events and paid sponsorships, from ideation through promotion and follow-up.
  • Support co-marketing programs with partners such as system integrators and technology partners, including joint events, campaigns and partner toolkits.

Budget, Vendors & Reporting

  • Define KPIs for each program and report on leads, pipeline contribution and ROI. Use the results to decide where to spend budget and what to change.
  • Select and manage agencies, freelancers and event vendors, including briefs, contracts and timelines, and own the regional marketing budget.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • 3–5+ years in field, event or B2B marketing, ideally at a tech, SaaS or industrial company.
  • Experience with marketing to logistics, manufacturing, automation or robotics customers is a strong plus.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Skills

  • Curious about AI and comfortable using AI tools to speed up content creation, localization, research and campaign work.
  • Strong communications skills and the ability to work well with internal teams, external agencies, customers and partners.
  • Fluent German and English.
  • Willingness to travel for events, video shoots and customer visits.

Our Interview Plan

  • Application
  • Take-home assignment: You'll work on a short, role-relevant task with clear instructions and a deadline.
  • Cultural fit interview (40 min): A conversation about how you work, what motivates you, and what you're looking for. Expect CV highlights, your "why," and time for your questions.
  • Technical fit interview (45 min): A deeper dive into your skills and problem-solving approach for this role.
  • On-site visit: Meet the team in our office and collaborate on a real challenge similar to the work you'd do here. You'll also meet a founder; we aim to give you a clear feel for the role and environment.

What We Offer

  • Wellpass (gym membership)
  • A motivated team and an open corporate culture
  • Flexible work schedule: Flexible hours in our Stuttgart office, so you can plan your own working day.
  • Shape the future: Work for a market leader in AI solutions and actively contribute to the further development of our industry.
  • Attractive remuneration: A competitive salary plus attractive bonus options.
  • Career opportunities: Be part of a dynamic scale-up with clear development prospects in a growing industry.
