About the Role

Sitecore is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to lead Net New demand generation for Digital Asset Management (DAM) across EMEA. This role will build market awareness, create qualified pipeline, and accelerate new customer acquisition through integrated field marketing aligned with regional go-to-market priorities.

You will develop and execute multi-channel programs that bring the DAM value proposition to target accounts and priority industries. Working closely with the DAM team, regional sales, business development, product marketing, and campaigns, you will turn audience and market insight into measurable pipeline. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, commercially minded, data-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

What You Will Do

Strategy & Planning

  • Define and execute the Net New DAM demand generation strategy for EMEA, aligned with regional GTM, account priorities, and growth objectives
  • Build integrated field marketing plans that increase DAM awareness, engage buying groups, and convert priority accounts

Pipeline Generation

  • Deliver qualified DAM pipeline targets alongside regional sales leadership, business development, and the DAM team
  • Use account, intent, and market data to identify high-potential audiences, industries, and buying signals across EMEA

Field Marketing Programs

  • Design and deliver high-impact regional programs aligned with sales priorities, target account needs, and local market opportunities
  • Create connected journeys across events, digital activation, executive engagement, and sales follow-up to move accounts through the funnel

Campaign Execution

  • Localize and activate global DAM campaigns, adapting the value proposition, messaging, content, and tactics for EMEA audiences
  • Own the execution of field events, webinars, executive programs, and digital campaigns that support Net New DAM acquisition

Performance & Optimization

  • Track and report campaign engagement, sourced and influenced pipeline, conversion, and ROI using agreed dashboards and reporting frameworks
  • Continuously optimize audience, channel, content, and investment decisions based on performance data and stakeholder feedback

Collaboration & Enablement

  • Collaborate with the DAM team, Corporate Marketing, Product Marketing, Regional Sales, Business Development, and Sales Enablement to align plans and resources
  • Act as a trusted marketing advisor to sales teams, equipping them with DAM messaging, campaign plays, and timely follow-up guidance

What You Need to Succeed

  • A minimum of 5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, enterprise software, digital experience, content operations, or DAM
  • Proven success in field marketing with responsibility for Net New pipeline creation across multiple EMEA markets
  • Strong understanding of account-based marketing, buying groups, intent data, demand generation, and funnel acceleration
  • Experience designing and executing integrated field programs that engage target accounts and accelerate pipeline; DAM or content technology experience is advantageous
  • Excellent communication, program management, and stakeholder management skills across regional and global teams
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, account intelligence, and analytics platforms
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages and experience marketing across diverse EMEA markets are a plus
