About the Role

As an Executive, you will work alongside experienced advisers to support a diverse portfolio of clients and high-stakes issues. You will contribute to research, strategic recommendations and hands-on execution, developing the skills to become a trusted digital adviser.

  • Client Contribution & Handling
  • Support the development and execution of digital communications strategies across a range of high-stakes issues, including corporate reputation, financial situations, litigation, crisis, and public affairs.
  • Draft high-quality client materials, including strategy presentations, research reports, messaging, campaign plans, and performance updates.
  • Analyze online conversations, media coverage, platform activity, and other sources of intelligence, translating findings into clear, actionable insights.
  • Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Leverage digital analytics, social listening, AI, and other research tools to support client work and uncover emerging risks and opportunities.
  • Contribute creative ideas and practical recommendations to client discussions, brainstorms, and new business pitches.
  • Leverage in-house AI tools and other resources to manage workload and keep deliverables on track, on time, and of the highest quality.

  • Proactively share relevant digital developments, emerging trends, platform changes, and new technologies with colleagues.
  • Take ownership of assigned responsibilities, anticipate team needs, and contribute solutions without waiting to be asked.
  • Develop strong working relationships with colleagues and clients, demonstrating professionalism, responsiveness, and discretion.
  • Participate in and contribute to training sessions where appropriate and take advantage of the learning and engagement opportunities Brunswick provides.

  • A strong understanding of the digital media landscape, including major social and LLM platforms, online communities, the creator economy, and emerging technologies, and familiarity with online formats, features, and content conventions.
  • An interest in business, current affairs, and the issues affecting major corporations and their leaders.
  • Excellent research, analytical, writing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Resourcefulness and proactivity, with the curiosity and agility to tackle unfamiliar challenges, learn quickly, and find creative, practical solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
