About the role

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.

We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.

World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.

Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.

*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.

We are looking for a highly skilled, proactive Executive Assistant to support one of our Co-founders. This is a high impact, high visibility role for someone who thrives in a fast moving environment, takes ownership, and brings a solutions oriented perspective to every challenge.

You’ll be the operational backbone supporting a core part of our Executive Team, anticipating needs before they arise, managing complex logistics and calendaring, and ensuring our Co-founder can focus on what matters most.

What you’ll do

  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meeting and event logistics
  • Support planning and execution of VIP-facing meetings whether that be with customers, executive prospects, candidates, and/or investors
  • Assist with special projects as needed, to include coordination for international expansion, proactively anticipating needs and exercising good judgement with minimal direction
  • Review, edit and submit monthly expense reimbursement reports
  • Coordinate travel & travel as needed (monthly travel expectation)
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with executives and colleagues

What you’ll need

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in executive administrative support, coordination, Chief of Staff role or similar
  • Experience supporting C-suite executives or a founder/Co-founder in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars and travel
  • Prior investor relations support experience
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack
  • Highly organized with a proactive, anticipatory mindset- you solve problems before they surface
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and juggle multiple urgent tasks simultaneously with speed and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills- you’re polished and professional in all interactions
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to operate with discretion
  • AI fluency
