About the role

About Us

Health is the most important thing in life, and the American healthcare system is completely broken - poor outcomes, high cost, bad patient experience. We're building a new system from the ground up.

Our mission is to improve people’s health by making it easy to live a healthy lifestyle.

Nourish is the country's largest dietitian-led metabolic health clinic. We’re an AI-native digital health system matching patients with 10,000+ Registered Dietitians, physicians, medications, lab testing, and AI agents to deliver insurance-covered care across all 50 states. Founded four years ago, we've completed millions of appointments, tripled year-over-year, and partnered with health plans covering 200M+ Americans across 250+ health systems.

In 2026 we raised a $100M Series C, bringing total funding to $215M. The round was led by Menlo Ventures, with participation from Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, J.P. Morgan Growth Equity Partners, Maverick Ventures, Y Combinator, BoxGroup, Atomico, Daybreak, and Operator Partners.

This is not a job for everyone. We hold an extremely high bar because we believe talent density is our biggest competitive advantage. We're looking for people who actively choose hard, ambiguous problems, who run toward unglamorous work, give and receive candid feedback, and bring relentless resilience without the ego. Our work is important, but we are not self-important. We do this because we’re solving one of the hardest problems in the world, and the problem matters. If that's you, we disproportionately reward it.

About the Role

We are hiring an Executive Assistant to report to our Executive Operations Manager and serve as a trusted partner to our Co-Founder & President and CFO. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with two of Nourish's senior leaders, take ownership of meaningful projects, and grow alongside the business as we scale.

This role goes beyond traditional executive support. You'll build strong relationships with both executives, understand their priorities and working styles, and help them make the most of their time. You'll manage complex calendars, coordinate travel and meetings, track important follow-ups, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. You'll also have the opportunity to extend your impact to the teams they lead, helping move projects forward, improving how work gets done, and taking on new responsibilities based on your strengths and interests.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is proactive, highly organized, and excited to take ownership. You'll be equally comfortable managing day-to-day details and jumping into larger projects, with the judgment to anticipate needs and solve problems independently. As part of our Executive Operations team, you'll also help build better systems, explore ways to use AI and automation, and create more effective ways of supporting our leaders as Nourish scales.

Location and in-office expectations: NYC-based role with an expectation of working in the office 4-5 days per week. Occasional travel is expected for offsites and company events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day executive support to our Co-Founder & President and CFO, managing complex calendars, prioritizing meetings, protecting focus time, and anticipating needs based on each executive's priorities and working style.
  • Support inbox management, draft communications, and serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely responses and follow-through.
  • Coordinate agendas, briefing materials, and action items for leadership meetings, board meetings, investor discussions, and other important engagements, ensuring executives are prepared and next steps are tracked.
  • Coordinate business travel, transportation, accommodations, itineraries, and expense reporting, including handling last-minute changes as needed.
  • Take ownership of projects across Corporate Strategy, Finance, and the broader business, working with different teams to organize priorities, track deadlines, and move work forward.
  • Build strong relationships with the teams our executives lead, helping improve communication, coordinate priorities, and identify opportunities to support broader team needs.
  • Handle occasional personal tasks and manage sensitive financial, personnel, and strategic information with professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing systems, streamline workflows, and use AI and automation to reduce manual work and make executive support more efficient.

We’d love to hear from you if

  • You have 3+ years of experience in executive support, executive operations, or a similar role, ideally supporting C-suite leaders at a fast-paced or high-growth company.
  • You excel at managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, preparing for meetings, and balancing competing priorities across multiple executives.
  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and take pride in delivering polished, high-quality work.
  • You are a strong written and verbal communicator who can confidently represent executives with internal teams and external partners.
  • You are proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
  • You have strong project management skills and can take ownership of projects, coordinate across teams, and see work through to completion.
  • You have excellent judgment and discretion, especially when handling sensitive financial, personnel, and strategic information.
  • You embody positivity, professionalism, and a team-first attitude.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, changing environments and are equally comfortable handling day-to-day administrative work and larger projects.
  • You are tech-savvy, comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion, and curious about using AI to work more efficiently.
  • You are based in NYC and excited to work in the office 4–5 days per week.
