About TriEdge Investments

TriEdge Investments is a dynamic family office and investment firm focused on building and scaling category-defining companies. We partner with founders and management teams to accelerate growth, support operational excellence, and create long-term value. We also incubate generational technology companies developing transformative solutions across the healthcare and financial industries.

Our talent philosophy is simple: To do something different, you must be different.

About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional executive & personal assistant to serve as a trusted right hand to a senior executive at TriEdge Investments, providing comprehensive support across both professional and personal responsibilities.

This is a high-trust role requiring exceptional judgment, initiative, and resourcefulness. The ideal candidate anticipates needs, manages competing priorities independently, and creates structure in a fast-moving environment.

Beyond executive and administrative support, this person will help streamline operations, coordinate key stakeholders, and develop into a trusted thinking partner to leadership.

Your mission: Protect leadership's time, remove operational friction, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support & Prioritization

  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and competing priorities for senior leadership.
  • Coordinate with founders, investors, partners, advisors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow-ups, ensuring commitments are executed.
  • Exercise sound judgment in prioritizing requests and protecting executives' time.

Personal & Administrative Support

  • Coordinate personal appointments, travel, reservations, and day-to-day logistics.
  • Handle payments, basic financial administration, and communication with accountants and service providers.
  • Navigate Israeli administrative and bureaucratic processes.
  • Coordinate events, hospitality, gifting, and special arrangements.
  • Handle confidential professional and personal matters with discretion.

Operational Excellence

  • Take end-to-end ownership of tasks, projects, and follow-ups.
  • Identify potential challenges and resolve them proactively.
  • Develop efficient systems and workflows that improve organization and execution.
  • Leverage productivity tools, technology, and AI to streamline operations.
  • Coordinate effectively across Israeli and US teams.

Strategic Partnership

  • Understand leadership's priorities, preferences, and working styles.
  • Provide thoughtful recommendations and independently resolve day-to-day challenges.
  • Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Contribute to planning and prioritization as the partnership develops.

Who You Are

  • Proactive and resourceful: You anticipate needs and find solutions independently.
  • Sharp and strategically minded: You understand the bigger picture and exercise excellent judgment.
  • Exceptionally organized: You manage competing priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Discreet and trustworthy: You handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Emotionally intelligent: You navigate different personalities and situations with maturity.
  • Accountable and adaptable: You take ownership and deliver results in evolving environments.

Qualifications

  • Experience in executive assistance, personal assistance, business operations, or a comparable high-trust role.
  • Demonstrated ability to support senior executives and manage complex responsibilities independently.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong familiarity with Israeli administrative and bureaucratic processes.
  • Excellent English communication skills and the ability to work effectively in Hebrew-speaking environments.
  • Proficiency with modern productivity tools and digital platforms.

Strong Advantages

  • Previous experience supporting founders, CEOs, investors, or senior executives.
  • Experience working across Israeli and US business environments.
  • Background in a family office, investment firm, startup, or fast-growing organization.

Location & Working Model

Tel Aviv, Israel | Hybrid | Full-Time

The role combines in-office collaboration with remote flexibility and requires occasional coordination across Israeli and US time zones.

Why Join TriEdge?

  • Work closely with experienced leaders, entrepreneurs, and investors.
  • Gain exposure to investments, technology, healthcare, and company-building.
  • Take ownership of meaningful responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
  • Build a trusted, long-term partnership with senior leadership.

We're looking for someone who doesn't simply manage tasks, but anticipates what needs to happen and makes it happen.
