  • Maintain cost databases and unit pricing information
  • Participate in project pursuit efforts and client presentations
  • Support design-build project delivery processes
  • Collaborate with MEP specialists on highly technical projects
  • Attend weekly and monthly project and estimating meetings
  • What We're Looking For Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of construction industry experience
  • 2+ years of commercial construction estimating experience
  • Strong understanding of construction means, methods, materials, and sequencing
  • Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously
  • Technical Skills Successful candidates will be able to:
  • Perform takeoffs across multiple trades to fully understand project scope
  • Evaluate subcontractor and vendor bids for completeness and compliance
  • Identify design gaps, conflicts, and constructability concerns
  • Resolve issues proactively through collaboration with design teams, owners, engineers, and trade partners
  • Analyze project risks and develop comprehensive cost strategies
  • Professional Strengths We're looking for someone who demonstrates:
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professionalism when working with clients, architects, consultants, and trade partners
  • Initiative and a continuous learning mindset
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • A sense of ownership and accountability for project success
  • A positive, collaborative attitude and commitment to team excellence
  • Why Dome? At Dome Construction, our people are our greatest asset. We foster a collaborative environment where employees are empowered to take ownership, develop their careers, and contribute to projects that positively impact our communities.
