About the role

About Radiant

Radiant is an El Segundo, CA-based company building the world's only mass-produced, transportable nuclear microreactors. The U.S. grid is under growing strain, with power demand accelerating, driving higher utility costs, rising carbon emissions, and interconnection backlogs. Radiant has a solution, transportable, on-site power. Our first reactor, Kaleidos, is 1 megawatt: small enough to be factory-built, transported by land, sea, or air, and deployed wherever power is needed. 1 MW can power 1000 homes for five years. Ship it back and we refuel for a 20 year operating life. We made energy a product that can be used for critical infrastructure like military bases, data centers, hospitals, and remote sites, as well as the commercial main street businesses that keep America running. Founded in 2020, Radiant is under contract to deliver power to the U.S. Army, Navy and Air Force and has signed pre-order agreements with Equinix, with deployments beginning in 2028.

The ERP Solutions Engineer, Finance designs, configures, integrates, and supports the finance modules of the company’s ERP platform. This role partners with Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Procurement, and Tax to translate business requirements into scalable, well-controlled system solutions that support accurate financial close, reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design and Configuration

  • Configure and maintain ERP finance modules, such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Project Accounting, and Procurement
  • Maintain the chart of accounts, ledgers, currencies, tax settings, approval workflows, and period-close configurations

Integration and Development

  • Design and support integrations between the ERP and surrounding systems (banking, payroll, expense management, CRM, billing, data warehouse) using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and custom extensions using the platform’s native tools and SQL
  • Support data migration, conversion, and reconciliation during implementations, upgrades, and acquisitions

Operations and Support

  • Serve as Tier 2/3 support for finance users, resolving incidents and root-causing system issues
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including period-open/close and batch job monitoring

Controls and Compliance

  • Implement and maintain system controls supporting SOX, internal audit, and segregation-of-duties requirements
  • Maintain change management documentation, test evidence, and access reviews
  • Support internal and external audit requests related to system configuration and controls

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement across the record-to-report, procure-to-pay, and order-to-cash cycles
  • Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5+ years of experience supporting or implementing ERP finance modules (e.g., Oracle Fusion/EBS, SAP S/4HANA, NetSuite)

  • Familiarity with change management, testing methodologies, and SDLC
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of SOX and IT general controls
  • Experience with integration platforms or scripting
  • Exposure to Agile or hybrid project delivery
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, vendor ERP certification, PMP)
  • Experience in government contracting or regulated industries, if applicable

Competencies

  • Business-minded technologist who can speak both “finance” and “IT”
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and controls
  • Able to manage multiple priorities during close and project deadlines
