About Us
10x Team connects independent professionals with leading AI labs to advance artificial intelligence. We are seeking experienced enterprise sales leaders based in the EU or UK to help train AI systems in areas such as strategic sales, client engagement, deal structuring, negotiation, pipeline management, and sales best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to enterprise sales, account management, and business development
- Assess the accuracy and practicality of AI-driven recommendations on sales strategies, customer engagements, and contract negotiations
- Develop real-world case studies and scenarios from your experience in enterprise sales
- Create scenario variations covering sales pipelines, CRM usage, forecasting, and client retention
- Identify gaps or risks in AI recommendations and provide clear, actionable feedback
- Influence how AI systems interpret sales approaches, compliance, and relationship management best practices
About You
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Sales Director or in a similar senior sales role
- Based in the EU or UK
- Strong understanding of B2B sales, deal structuring, negotiation, and enterprise client management
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to provide structured, constructive feedback
- Available 8–20 hours per week and comfortable working remotely and asynchronously

At 10x, there are two types of opportunities (inhouse-jobs at 10x excluded):
1. Traditional freelance missions
These are regular project-based opportunities where the listed mission is the actual project you may work on.
1. AI Lab roles to get access to the 10x platform
For AI Lab roles, we scout, review, and approve profiles for access to future project opportunities and once approved you will get access to the 10x platform.
The missions listed for AI Lab roles are not traditional job openings. AI Lab work is often highly confidential as this exposes information of what an AI Lab is working on, and project requests are unpredictable. When an AI Lab request comes in, we often need to respond within 24 hours with suitable talent.
Matching depends on the specific needs of each AI Lab project and your niche expertise. Once your profile is reviewed and approved, you may be matched to relevant AI Lab projects when suitable opportunities arise.
This can happen within hours, but it may also take months, depending on the researchers at the AI labs and their project needs.
